We are so grateful you have chosen to shop with us!

All items will ship within 5-7 business days unless you have been notified otherwise or the site shows vacation time. Custom orders may take longer. This does not include the time it takes to be shipped to your home via USPS once it leaves our shop. Please refer to your tracking number for a time of delivery estimate that will be automatically generated when your order ships and sent via your personal email that you listed. You will be notified if the shop is on vacation or out of stock on an item. We only ship complete orders.

**PLEASE double-check the shipping address before completing the order. IF IT IS INCORRECT, send me a message ASAP as I will have to manually correct this before printing a shipping label. We ship to the address automatically entered that was provided by you. Double Z Shop is not responsible for items sent to a provided address that is incorrect. Tracking information will be provided when your item(s) ships.

If you received an incorrect order or a damaged item, please contact us at info@doublezshop.com. All order problems must be reported within 7 days of delivery. All items must be in new and unused condition. No refunds are available due to the customization of most products but please contact us with any issues.

Payment is required at the time of purchase. We do not hold items for future purchases nor do we offer a layaway program. For local pickup orders, we do not accept cash.
