Where do you ship from?
We ship from Louisiana.

Can we come visit?
Unfortunately, we are not set up for walk-in customers.

When will my order ship?
All items ship within 5-7 business days unless otherwise mentioned. You will be notified if the shop is on vacation or out of stock on an item. We only ship complete orders. Custom orders may take longer than 5-7 business days.

Why did I not receive an email notification about shipping?
Please make sure the email you are contacting us from is the one on the order. Oftentimes, the email associated with PayPal will be put into the order and that is not the email customers contact us from. We have no way of knowing if the email entered on the order is the one you would like us to email notifications to.

Has my order shipped?
You may log into your account at any time to check order status and tracking.

Can you ship my order as soon as I place it?
Unfortunately, no. Orders are shipped in the order they are received, based on the items ordered.

Do you have tracking for my order?
We do. We send out shipment emails with tracking. You can also log into your account to see the tracking for your order.

Shipping transit is taking too long. Will you refund me?
We cannot control shipping times and never guarantee a delivery date. We will not refund if the shipper does not deliver on the day you prefer or if they initially state they will. We cannot control their transit times.

Can I cancel my order?
Unfortunately, no. Once placed, we do not cancel orders due to most orders being customized. If you need assistance, please contact us at info@doublezshop.com.

Can I add to my order?
No. Once placed, we do not add to orders due to our system. You will have to place a second order and it will ship separately.

Can I change the items on my order?
No. Once placed, we do not modify orders. If you need assistance, please contact us at info@doublezshop.com and we can see how to help you handle a situation.

Can you combine 2 of my orders if they have not shipped yet?
No. We do not combine orders. Each order will ship separately.

How do you ship?
We ship via USPS (United States Postal Service) or UPS if available at a cheaper rate.

Can I get a better shipping rate?
No. We do not set the rates. The rates are provided to us by the postal service.

Do you offer local pick-up?
Absolutely! We do offer local pickup during certain times. Please contact us at info@doublezshop.com for dates and times available.

Do you take returns?
No. We do not accept returns. All sales are final. However, if you are not satisfied, please reach out to us at info@doublezshop.com.

Can I exchange for a different size/color?
No. We do not accept exchanges due to most items being customized. However, if you are not satisfied, please reach out to us at info@doublezshop.com.

I have a problem with my order. What do I do?
If you received an incorrect order or a damaged item, please contact us at info@doublezshop.com. All order problems must be reported within 7 days of delivery. All items must be in new and unused condition.

Why am I not receiving emails from Double Z Shop?
Please check your junk and spam folders and add info@doublezshop.com to your ‘not spam’ list in your email client.

How soon do you respond to customer service?
We typically respond M-F within 24 hours. Please email info@doublezshop.com for support rather than on Social Media platforms. 

Do you offer wholesale or bulk pricing?
Please contact info@doublezshop.com with bulk pricing and wholesale questions.

Sale & Coupon Restrictions: Not valid on already placed orders. If the coupon works, you will receive the discount at checkout. Coupons must be used at the time of purchase. Orders that do not use the coupon will not receive a refund, store credit, or any other form of compensation. Orders will not be canceled to allow replacement using coupons. It is the buyer's responsibility to take advantage of the coupon savings at the time of purchase. Standard website policies are in place for all sale items. Cannot be combined with other coupons or offers. Limit 1 coupon per purchase.

How do I properly care for my custom wearable?
Please turn the garment inside out. Machine wash cold. Do not bleach. Avoid fabric softener and do not iron near the design. Tumble dry on low or hang dry.
